The store positions described below reflect the organizational structure of our stores in general, and do not necessarily indicate an opening or advertisement for any specific position(s).

All positions stress customer satisfaction. Every person in the store, from General Manager to Office Associate, works with customers on the selling floor. All associates are expected to contribute to the store's sales goal.

General Manager

• Supervises and monitors store sales, security, scheduling, and personnel functions of a store.
• Insures our high standards of customer service and satisfaction are met by all store associates.
• Trains and supervises the Sales and Operations Managers.
• Oversees the development of the entire staff.
• Insures proper merchandise presentation and store preparations for advertised events.

Sales Manager

• Responsible for sales generation, insuring the company's standards of excellence are enforced.
• Trains and role-plays with all associates.
• Manages and reviews sales coaching, challenges, and targeting for all associates.

Sales Associate

• Provides customer service and sales closure.
• Develops repeat customers.
• Learns proper selling technique and procedures, sales skills, and product knowledge.

Office Associate

• Performs retail office duties.
• Provides customer service and sales closure.
• Prepares sales and statistical data for the store.
